Whenever I try to select something with the wand/selection tool, I need to click multiple times before it selects something, along with it not expanding when I apply an expansion to the selection that is made. These issues were also in a few earlier versions of Photoshop for me, and I tried updating to the latest version (25.3.1) to see if this bug would be fixed. But it's not.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Reset tool hasn't helped so far unfortunately.
I use a Windows Lenovo laptop with a Wacom cintiq 16.
