I want to learn adobe photoshop from scratch how to do it.

Photoshop 2020 includes a Learn panel that is a great place to start. To see it, choose Window > Learn. Because you said you want to start from scratch, you can begin with the Fundamental Skills topic.

 

The nice thing about the Learn panel is that instead of just watching a video, it will guide you using actual lesson files in Photoshop itself, so you can learn by doing.

Practice, practice, practice!

 

Like Derek and Nancy said there are many places online that have free content.

 

It will take some time but the more you use Photoshop the better you will get.

 

Skillshare.com is another great site with awesome tutorials for beginners.
