This happen to me in some layers while not in others i try to find the solution but i dont get any can anyone help me ? also after that pop me another error " the command make is not currently available"

Could you please post screenshots that include the fully expanded Action in the Actions Panel? 

»Seam Stroke 3« seems to be empty – how was it created, does the Action try to load its transparency as a Selection, …?

it was created by action , the first step of the action is done and dont cause errors the thing is on the second step, the action is named realistic embroidery v2, thanks

If one contracts a Selection so much that nothing is selected anymore or loads an empty Selection then further operations based on the Selection (like »Make Work Path«) cannot succeed. 

Is that Action supposed to create successively contracted lines of »stitches«? 

Then your starting material appears (as per your original screenshots) to simply not match the intent of the Action as there is no »empty  space« within the shape.

okay it was it i rescale the thing and the error doesn´t pop, but now on the final step of the action "render borders only " pop another error
