Warp (verdraaien) not working in time line

Hey,

I wanted to animate a picture in the video timeline in photoshop. However, I can't find to get the warp transformation to work. Other things like scaling and rotating seem to work just fine, but warp won't show any changes.

I hope someone knows what is wrong so that I can continue my project. Thx ; )

The Warping part of Transferring may not be supported or is not support properly in a video Time line animation. When I add warping to the transform in a video time line it does seem to effect the smart object layers bounds so the object size changes but is not warped the way waring was set. The distotion is more like and unconstrained resize that changes a layers aspect ratio. None of the warp curving shaping is done.

So my best option to make the road wave is frame by frame animation?

All I do is Photoshop. I do not do Video, I do not know Adobe product like animate, after effects etc. Adobe could well have a application that can do what you want to do if you have a full creative cloud subscription. I only install Photoshop I do not install others like Lightroom. I did take a peek at Dimension and Fresco however this old dog is not up for new tricks.
