Warped Files when exporting

Question

I need help with an issue that I'm having whenever I try exporting things. Everytime I try to export an image, it ends up getting distorted and warped after the export. It's been happenig with Photoshop and Premiere and it's been really frustrating because it doesn't only affect .PNG files, but also .GIF files and I have no idea why this is happenin nor how to fix it.

Rather than showing three images that you say are "distorted". Show one example only, but show a screenshot before and after exporting so that we can compare the two and advise you what might be happening.
