We can’t verify your subscription status Photoshop 2024

When I open Photoshop, I write this problem, I don’t know what to do,
 I’ve been fiddling around for two days now and the problem is not being solved. 
Starting with the installation, which was barely done, it ended with many other problems.

Please help me !

    @YERLAN are you connected to the internet? Check your Windows Firewall settings to make sure your not blocking Adobe apps.

    Even this doesn’t help, I completely removed the antivirus, and did what you said too. I’ve already spent 8 hours on this, I’ve read so many articles, but nothing helped.
