I have faced an issue regarding subscription verification. The service provider mentioned that the issue may be due to a connection problem, but I have checked and double-checked the connection and found no issues. Can you suggest the best solution to fix this?

What happened when you clicked the link to the connectivity troubleshooting guide?

 

Adobe software needs to check in every so often. If you have an internet connection, try signing out of Creative Cloud, then sign back in with your Adobe ID and password.
