I'm using levels to try to get this to look more aged and weathered possible even change the apperance so parts have more opacity, although levels is not giving the right look ?

I've added some rain drops but not sure that is working ? ðŸ˜‰

Hi @StrongBeaver just a guess but if you are using levels try adjusting the green channel only to give it an aged film look.
