Since the last updates (PS, LR and CR) I am having big problems in handling some pictures.

For exampe, the same raw file opened in LR is different from the one in photoshop. same if i choose "Edit in Photoshop": PS opens up and then a different raw appears.

The biggest problem is this one: I edited a shot, then I tried to create a layer from visible as I always did (shift+cmd+alt+E) and I get a messed layer.

I tried to install the previous ACR version, the previous PS version.. I updated video drivers... nothing works.

Any suggestion would be appreciated..
TIA

Posting your images so users can see them without having to download them. Are the Problems in Adobe code or Third Party Plug-ins. If the top layer in the second images is  the stamp visible Layer (Shift+ctrl+alt+E). The layer look like the composite of the visible layers in the first image.  What Problem do you see in these images?  What is wrong? Is something wrong in the layer group?
