Have anyone on seen this glitch before?

I am scratching my head trying to figure out what is causing this on my Mac. I tried searching on the web but I couldn't find anything related to it.

Hi

Try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps

Thanks for your reply!

I tried that before and it didn't fix the problem.
Because I have some deadlines I decided to just downgrade the version to 22.3, which is working just fine.

Did you quit and restart Photoshop after changing that preference? It won't affect documents that are already open.

I did try quit Photoshop. Unfortunately it wasn't working for me. Thanks!

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
