Hello,
I was just following a video tutorial and when I got to the "Timeline" part I realized something was very... Wrong for lack of a better word.
The first picture is from the video tutorial. You will see all of the normal icons and layers as you should.
The Second picture is of my timeline. It only shows 1 frame as you can see.
The third and last photo shows what should be listed in my timeline.

The "Base Copy" layer is the one that is missing.
Please help!
Thank You

You need to read the help how this stuff actually works, not blindly follow questionable tutorials that may leave out important steps. Nothing wrong here, just the differences between frame-based mode and edit-style mode.

No, I do not need to read the help files but thank you for your veiled insult.
I am constantly watching tutorials and never had this problem. So am I supposed to look through the help files or post my question here where, unless I am wrong, questions like mine belong?
And how do you know that I was following a "questionable" tutorial? Oh, because YOU didn't create it?
Thank You

There are two types of timeline in Photoshop.
A video animation timeline and a frame animation timeline. Your first screenshot shows the video timeline the second shows the frame timeline.
When you first open the timeline you have a choice by clicking the down arrow next to the button
Select which timeline type you want to use - then click the button to create it
