Weird mouse behavour

Same issue.

Mine is related to the mouse left button release getting out of sync with the movement of the mouse....

for large files.

huge RAM and a high end processor on Win 10 64 pro  

If i slow down my mouse activity, it does not happen.

HISTORY LIST: choosing two steps prior    removes the errant flying-saucer strokes of the brush.

It's as if the program never "sees" the MOUSE BUTTON RELEASE.

I'm usually able to "type-ahead" (make many mouse gestures) and the CPU will catch up CORRECTLY.

But occasionally it gets behind and loses track of a button release event.

There is an ON1 photo plug-in that doesnt work and can't seem to get rid of. I do't want it so it doesn't matter.
