Wo finde ich neuerdings das Werkzeug -mit Farbe füllen- war immer mit dem Verlaufswerkzeug zusammen.

I have tried to find the color wheel you show in your screenshot.  Does it come somewhere hidden in CC2018 or does it have to be imported?

I have various color pickers, but none work actively with the open image, as yours seems to do.  Or do I misunderstand its purpose?

You need to enable it in preferences

Then with the brush tool selected, hold down Shift + Alt and Right Click the mouse

in der Vergangenheit hatten manche Updates ein Umstellen des Arbeitsbereiches zu Folge. Wenn dein Arbeitsbereich auf 3D steht, dann stelle ihn im Menü: Fenster -> Arbeitsbereich wieder um auf » Grundelemente (Standard) « oder auf deinen eventuell gespeicherten Arbeitsbereich.

Hilft das nicht, dann zeige bitte einen Screenshot deines kompletten Photoshop-Fensters
