What brush to use for digital art sketches? How to blend colors properly?

I've been messing around with the brushes but cannot find one that works for me. In all the YouTube tutorials I've watched, not one has provided a step-by-step to how they got the brush they have. I would like one similar to the one in this video: How to paint environments in Photoshop, Magic Forest ,Jesus Conde - YouTube

I want a brush that has pen pressure in size but also in opacity if that's possible. I want the brush's opacity to work that way so that it is easy to blend colors. Can anyone tell me what kind of brush has all these qualities?

Hi

You can start with any brush and then in brush settings set Pen Pressure for size in Shape Dynamics and Pen pressure for opacity/flow in Transfer:

The image below was done mainly with a soft round brush
