What does DNG Converter do with Fuji X-Trans (.RAF) data, is it converted to Bayer?

Hi, I spent entire day searching everywhere to understand what does DNG Converter do with X-Trans data, but couldn't find the info. Does it stay as X-Trans pattern? or it's converted to Bayer pattern? I assume it is converted to Bayer, but I'm after an official confirmation from Adobe or someone familiar with the subject.
