What does it mean by Cntr+T

    Correct answer davescm

    It means hold down the Control key whilst pressing the T key. That is the shortcut that starts the transform function. 

    Note - on a Mac it will be Command and T.

    At german keyboards you have to use STRG (Steuerung) instead of CTRL/Control or CMD-key

    CTRL is the sortcut for Control as Dave said... I assume Cntrl is a typo
