What Happened to Photoshop Fonts preference settings

i was able to change the settings for Fonts previews in the tab before 

... now i no longer can do that ... why ? and how do i fix that ? its hard for me to read the fonts, Edit > Preference > Type = size setting no longer there

In photoshop go to Type>Font Preview Size
