What is this effect ? any filter can make the picture like this

I found a picture attracted me, it looks like a black and white version of original but much shaper and shinny (see attachement)

1. The painting - what is this effect call ? any filter can do the similar effect ?

2. The mockup - Simple but very stereopsis feeling, like a reflection from the painting. Can tell me what effect of this call ?

Thanks

That looks like the red channel, with a gradient map on top.

The effect at the bottom is probably just a drop shadow and reduced opacity.

The reflection can be faked with a second instance of the Smart Object (at reduced opacity) and a Gradient (either as a Layer or a Mask).

I would recommend a Gradient Map Layer set to Blend Mode »Color« for the tone, a Curves Layer for the contrast and, if necessary a Hue/Saturation Layer to darken specific color ranges.
