What is wrong with my color picker?

I updated yesterday to the latest version of PS and now my color picker looks and acts differently. Before I didn't have the scale at the top. All my colors are lighter. You can see in the screenshot the green I selected from my library shows up in the color picker much lighter. It is doing this with any color selected.

Hi

That's the color picker for 32-bit images. If you change to 8- or 16-bit, you will see the Color Picker you are used to.
