When has the 'EditNumber' control been added to PhotoShop CEP?

I've added documentation for the PhotoShop `EditNumber` control to the Javascript Tools Guide RST docs.

Contributors requested me to add a note, providing information about when this control type was added to PhotoShop.

Can someone provide me with this information?

Not CEP, but ExtendScript

This control was not in CC2018, but it is in CC2019 (tested on version 20.0.7.28362)
