Hello, good afternoon! I have a problem that is when I zoom or export the project in jpg or png it looks very different from how it looks with a normal zoom in photohop, I tried everything but I didn't find a solution.

First, try disabling GPU in the Preferences (Performance tab). Any better?
You can try this too: in Preferences>Technology Previews, check the box 'Deactivate Native Canvas' and uncheck 'Enable Native Canvas Rulers' options, then restart Photoshop. Does this work?
If not, recalibrate and build a new ICC display profile, the old one might be corrupted.
If you are using software/hardware for this task, be sure the software is set to build a matrix not LUT profile, Version 2 not Version 4 profile.

If turning OFF GPU works, it's a GPU bug and you need to contact the manufacturer or find out if there's an updated driver for it. On the Mac, that's part of the OS update(s) so if this is the latest OS version, you may need to roll back a release.

I did everything you said but I still see it the same, when I deactivate the GPU it still comes back the same as before.

I would like to be able to save the image as I see it in good quality, since I had to take a screenshot and the resolution is low 😞

Can you upload the image to something like Dropbox so others can view this?

The most accurate way to view images in Photoshop is at 100% or greater zoom. Zooming out subsamples the data and it is possible this is simply a moiré pattern showing up when zoomed out. But having the ability to view would make it easier for us to know if this is the case or not. 

Is this the only image you see this on? If so, more than likely, it is due to the patterns in the image when zoomed out.

I think the same, it's due to the capable graining, but it's a shame.

Upload the original.

That you only see this on the one image (and not at 100% zoom) indicated its only a preview issue, morie due to zooming out. To be expected.

Again, there isn't much anyone can do without seeing the original document.

I'm totally lost as to what this massive and complex layer grouping is, why some are on and some off. 

Make all the layers visible then zoom. Everything is then fine. Indeed, it is something in this very complex and odd massive number of layers but everything appears fine when they are on.
