When? I'm going to guess "never".

 

If you really need to create virtually staged property images for real estate photos, then use Virtual Staging. Photoshop is an image editor and cannot do this.

 

You can create the scenes manually with a combination of Blender and the Substance apps. There is a learning curve for both.
