Where can i download my old CS6 Version bought in 2013

Hi to all,

I have the same problem like Olga here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop/cs6-from-2013-re-installing/m-p/10377623?page=1#M234262

But can't find help on the given link. 

 

I had a CS6 Version bought in 2013, (first bought for mac, changed to windoes in 2017) my old computer crashed an no I try to reinstall it on my new one. I was able to inactivate the licence on the old one, but now on my account There's no possibility to download oder reinstall.

I just can find the new photoshop version, but can't activete it with the olde code.

It says in my acount:

Adobe Design Std
-- Serialnumber --
Version: 6.0
Plattform: Windows
 

Can anyone help?

Did you get the original as a download (not disk) from Adobe. If so the download link should still be there in Order history then clicking on the order:

    There is it not visible.

    Otherwise I would have found it already... 😕😕

    I don't know why. It is a valid Serialnumber i have regurarely bought.

    Please follow the below steps:

    1) Download both files completely first.
    2)After that click on the downloaded .exe file.
    3)Extract it and then click on setup.exe.
    4)Sign in with your adobe ID if asked.
    5)Enter the serial number of the application to activate.
