Where can I get the Adobe Touch App Plugins?

I've been using PS Touch for some time now as well as Photoshop CS6 and I came across this (https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1004252) thread recently that explained there is a Creative Cloud plugin I can download to use `.psdx` document format in CS6. After quite a lot of digging, I can't seem to find the plugin anywhere. Any links I've found (from Adobe or otherwise) turn up as dead or don't host the files any more. I know that later editions of Photoshop like the CC series can open these files, but I prefer working with CS6 in most cases. Could someone here direct me to a source for downloading the plugin? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FYI The plugin at https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/psdx-files-dont-open-photoshop.html currently does not work on macOS Catalina, giving the scary error "AdobePSDXLoader plugin will damage your computer. You should move it to the Trash."

Good suggestion, but it is not effective. I just quit Photoshop, removed the quarantine, and did a reboot for good measure. Still get the "damage your machine" message.  Wonder if the PDSX plugin is only 32-bit?
