Where can I get the Adobe Touch App Plugins?

I've been using PS Touch for some time now as well as Photoshop CS6 and I came across this (https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1004252) thread recently that explained there is a Creative Cloud plugin I can download to use `.psdx` document format in CS6. After quite a lot of digging, I can't seem to find the plugin anywhere. Any links I've found (from Adobe or otherwise) turn up as dead or don't host the files any more. I know that later editions of Photoshop like the CC series can open these files, but I prefer working with CS6 in most cases. Could someone here direct me to a source for downloading the plugin? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FYI The plugin at https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/psdx-files-dont-open-photoshop.html currently does not work on macOS Catalina, giving the scary error "AdobePSDXLoader plugin will damage your computer. You should move it to the Trash."

As far as i can tell, from further research, adobe starting including an Photoshop Touch plugin in one of the photoshop cc (ps version 14) updates named PSDX.plugin to replace the downloadable AdobePSDXFileLoader.plugin and stopped including the photoshop touch plugin in photoshop 2019 (ps ver 20) and newer.

Do you have Photoshop Touch files that you need to open?

I do have some psdx Photoshop Touch files that I am looking to open and PS 23.4.1 does not recognize them.   It looks like I may be out of luck here. Ah well.
