Where did refine edges go?

After creating my selection area with any of the various tools such as the lasso tool I loved having the "refine edges" tool available to make adjustments. In PS 2020 it has disappeared (at least from the toolbar). Has the actual function also been removed?

Try Select > Select and Mask.

Hold Shift key.

Then Menu->Select->Select and Mask

You can reassign hotkey to this menu with Shift Key + Other keys.

P.S.

Developers!
You should return this functional + return support of "refineSelectionEdge" to scripts.
Without this, for me and many others, Photoshop new versions are useless.

I am running Photoshop CC 2020 version 21.2.1 on a Mac. Shift-Select and Mask does NOT bring up the Refine Edge tool. In the Mask window, there is no flyout refine window and the brush on the top toolbar is greyed-out.
