Where Do My Photoshop Files Go After I Click Save

So I accidentally clicked 'Save' in photoshop when I wanted to click 'Save As' and now I can't find the file no matter where I look, I have looked in Finder by typing it in, looking through all the files and I have no idea where it went cause it doesn't even show up in photoshop so any help would be awesome!

Hi. Check if it is listed on File > Open Recent.

File>Open Recent  If you can open the file, hold down the command key and click on the file name. It will show the address of that file.

If I try to save a new file, that hasn't been saved on this machine before, clicking "save" automatically redirects me to "save as".

If it is a previously saved file, it will either go back to the original folder, or the last used folder - depending on your preference setting for "Save As to Original Folder".

If the last used - just initiate a new save and see where it wants to go.

It is probably in T folder or iCloud.If the file extensio has psdc at the end it is saved and n cloud.

But as Marlon said check the recent files first.
