Where is my Photoshop App?!

New Here ,
Oct 20, 2023 Oct 20, 2023

Photoshop kept crashing every time I tried to print an image. I thought that if I uninstalled - reinstalling it would help. But after uninstalling, it only gave me the option to update - not reinstall. And now, the Photoshop app doesn't even appear in my apps.

I am really bummed and kind of panicky. For something I pay monthly for, I expect things to work.

What can I do? Who can help me?

Thanks in advance.

- Megan

@mnmcbride01 try signing out of the Creative Cloud app and signing back in again

And when you've done that and have Photoshop back, solve the original problem by holding the space bar when you click "Print". This is most likely corrupt or invalid print metadata in the file, and holding the spacebar will delete this metadata in the file.

Thank you, @Ged_Traynor and @D Fosse for answering.

I posted on FB too and someone suggested uninstalling/reinstalling the Cloud as well. When I went to do that though - it gave me the option to "repair" the cloud. So that is what I did. Photoshop then reappeared and I was able to reinstall it.

Thanks again!

I think signing out and back in would have been enough. But the main thing is it's fixed 🙂
