Where is the ellipse tool?????? HELP!?

Using 19.1.2 release of Photoshop CC. Used to be rectangular marquee tool could change into ellipse tool. No more. I need it! Where is it??????

    19.1.5 is the latest release. Be sure to upgrade.

    Sometimes tool selections are modified depending on workspace. You can also edit the Toolbar, even putting the Ellipse first or giving it a dedicated spot simple by going to Edit > Toolbar... and arranging it from there.
