Where is the new Features Summary?

I was directed to the New Features Summary page for PS 26.2. 

But there are no features listed, except for new Type tools.

There is a an Update button, but my system is not compatible with 26.2 so I can't even see the new features summary to evaluate a possible hardware upgrade.

Where is the summary?

I see just the one feature mentioned on that page, but I found more listed here:
