Where is the « unsharp mask » ?

I try doing work with the newbie's exercises the part about the « unsharp mask ».

I don't understand why that doesn't work...

Unsharp mask is available from Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask... What is actual problem? You can not find filter in menu or something else?

Could you please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible to illustrate what you are talking about?

Try under »Filtre«.

But on a plain white Layer the Filter would produce no effect.
