where Photoshop installs third-party filters

Hello I work on the Studio with Ventura and have the problem that I can't find the path in Photoshop where the filters are installed (e.g. Luminar Neo).

    There are two places to look:

     

    Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2023/Plug-ins

     

    Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC
