Where the hell did all the brushes go?

After wondering where the "Append Brushes" and "Replace Brushes" menu items were, I googled and found an article saying to click "Get more brushes" which ... I really shouldn't have to ... but the page doesn't have any of the links the article pictures. Who's stupid decision was this?

Get More Brushes has been the menu choice since 2017. 

If you want to add your own brushes you can use Import Brushes.
