I WANT TO KNOW IF THE PLAN OF THE 35 NIS CONTINUE PHOTOSHOP ?

If you want Photoshop, go with the Photography Plan which includes Photoshop CC, Lightroom Classic CC (desktop version) and Lightroom CC (cloud version).

If you need extra storage, add $10 for 1TB cloud storage.

The best value for someone working with images is the Photography Plan, which includes Photoshop and Lightroom and 20GB of space on Adobe's CC servers. You can purchase a month-to-monthy plan, or an annual plan. The annual plan will be less expensive, but there is a fee if you decide to cancel your subscription before the year is up. All plans auto-renew, so you need to pay attention to the renewal date and cancel prior to that date if you don't want to continue.

Are you doing anything else beside image editing? If so, let us know what and we can help steer you to adding a single additional app (like Illustrator for drawing, and/or InDesign for page layout), or springing for the all applications subscription.

I suppose the problem is the choice between LR Classic CC, Lr CC with 1TB or the combined plan.

Lr Classic CC+Photoshop - you can use both programs, the data will be stored locally.
Lr CC (without Ps)+1Tb of cloud space. This brandnew option allows for wirking in a cloud based environment. You do no need to take care of the backup cores. You will get no Photoshop, and there are some limitation in the functionallity of Lr vs Lr Classic.
The combined plan gives you both.

What is probably most important to consider is, if you need Ps or not. If you are a beginner, you have never worked with Ps and so, you will not miss its power. But I personnally, I prefer having Ps and especially as I have a lot of Pictures and it would get quite expensive to put all my pictures in the cloud. I organise my own backup (very important with a local solution) so that’s not a problem for me. I have invested in the past in backup solutions.
