which version of photoshop cc  can my pc run smoothly

ram= 4 GB 

PROCESSER = Intel Core i3-3120M

GRAPHIC CARD =Intel HD 4000

AND WINDOWS 10 home

The only versions available from the Creative Cloud are 2021 and 2020, your Intel GPU is not supported on both versions, also 4GB of RAM will not be sufficient to run both the operating system and Photoshop and the i3 proccessor just won't cut it.

You could run CC 2018 available from here

But you'll still struggle to run it smoothly, I've just got a few applications opened at the moment without even opening Photoshop and my system is using 5.3GB of RAM

and with Photoshop opened it goes up to 6.9GB
