While click Zoom tool, suddenly PS auto change to Move tool.

Hi, I want to ask does anyone face this issue or not. 

For example, while I'm designing a poster. Then, when I press Zoom tool because want to zoom in for my artwork, suddenly Photoshop change to Move tool by itself althought I didnt touch the key yet. No just happened once, is multiple times already for this issue. 

I'm using Photoshop version 23.5.3.
Desktop: iMac 2020 27 inch.

Hope that someone if you faced this before and let me know how to solve it.

    Go to Preferences/Tools and uncheck Spring Loaded Tool Shortcuts.
