white flashing canvas

Hi community, After the last update Photoshop opens but when I open an image I get a white flashing canvas. All tools work well its only the canvas. When I move the cursor over the canvas, it flashes more intensely. never had any problems before. Working on windows 10

@CornReclame go to Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews and enable this option, then restart Photoshop

This did not work for me. I've never had an issue in the past using this same file I use as a template consisting of several social ad artboards. When trying to move any text around or edit the text, I get these flashes of white boxes that clutter the canvas and won't go away until I undo the function. I is certainly stopping my progress on an importnatn projec.t

It's a text and when i moving that text, happening likes this.

By the way, If I use CTRL+T. There is not happening like this. Just using V keyshort
