Why white on black with transparency at 50% gives gray at 50% and black on white at 50% gives gray at 49%?

Only a few layers were added with transparency, as mentioned in the description, and when rasterizing them I noticed that slight change and I did the test by putting white and black squares with transparency and I noticed that difference in value, it is not much, it is a value but it gave me curiosity. im on rgb

This is not a color management question, so I suggest that a moderator moves this thread to the Photoshop or Illustrator forum, where your're much more likely to get an answer.
