White screen problem in certain areas in Photoshop

Hello friends. Photoshop layers etc. When I scroll, such whiteness appears from time to time. When I move the layer over the white place, certain places get better. Does anyone have this problem? If anyone has a solution suggestion, I would be very grateful if they can write.
