Ciao a tutti,
ho un problema con uno dei miei lavori nel momento in cui vado a salvare il file in jpg e in png.
Quando vado a salvare in jpg quello che vedo è questo :
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/148842259297730561/482572217838993408/IMG_20180824_172918.jpg
Grazie in anticipo!

Hello everyone,
I have a little problem, when I save one of my banner in jpg I see this:
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/148842259297730561/482572217838993408/IMG_20180824_172918.jpghttps://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/148842259297730561/482572217838993408/IMG_20180824_172918.jpg
I don't have that white space before, that happen only when I save the jpg and png, but clearly when I open the png the white space cannot be seen.
Instead when I open the jpg I see the white space. Now I don't understand why this happen, someone can explain me why this happen?
Thanks in advance!
I solved the problem! The drawing board has resized but I did not see the resizing in the work space and then when I was going to save the program show me the rest of the drowing board. It was enough to eliminate the drawing board and work with the normal levels and next save as jpg.
Thanks to all those who helped me, I really appreciate your help!
See you next time guys!
Have a nice day!
Regards,
Carlotta.

Hi Hyperfairy,
We're sorry to hear about this, could you please let us know which exact version of Photoshop you're working on and which operating system are you using?
Could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
Regards,
Sahil

Please try cropping the image a little bit once and then try saving it as a jpeg and let us know if it helps. While cropping please make sure that "Delete Cropped Pixels" is checked on the top.

Is the white space in the .jpg file meant to be transparent? .jpg files do not support transparency and will fill the area with white, whereas .png files do support transparency.
