who knows how to read file data

someone sent me a photo that I believe is from the internet that is important that I understand the content. Can anyone understand the data, I already know its 862 x 960 and SRGB in jpeg format and the creation date and 72dpi. Was this photo edited by photoshop? What other data can I tell about this?

My dear, download first any photo from the web. Open this file with 'note pad' you will see script. Select All (CRTL+A) than push 'delete' Copy text above, past it in the 'note pad' Save it. Open file normally
