Why all the pop-ups?

Every time I open an Adobe product there's a pop-up or forced tutorial. I don't want any pop-ups, it's incredibly distracting.

The most annoying thing is if you look at the pop-up or do the tutorial, it forces you to see them the next time. It's making me look at alternative less cluttered and more focused software.

@Gareth354305425soq this was reported heavily with earlier versions- it all came back to the Windows user ID and the usage of non-binary characters (accents, etc). Try changing accounts.
