Why can't I use generative fill? 

It was working fine before. I just had a problem yesterday, even though the internet was working fine. Please advise me on how to fix it.

    I’d love to help you out, but I need a bit more info to understand what’s going on. Could you let me know what version of Photoshop you’re using? Also, is this issue happening every time you try to generate something, or just now and then? And just to check, are you using a school or business Adobe account?
