Ive been wanting to use the facial aware liquefy since I saw a tutorial on it but when I click on liquefy none of this feature is in there. Ive clicked on updates and there doesnt seem to be anything to update for PS so Im not sure why I cant access this.

Sometimes you use picture eg. Face and it's not whole face in this case face detection doestn't work

Try use different Photo - whole head - I suggest

    Hi,

JJMack is right you need to check "Use Graphics Processor To Accelerate Computation" under Preferences > Performance > GPU Advance settings however OpenCL is not the prerequisite to use Face-Aware Liquify. You can read about it in Adobe Official Help reference -  Use the Liquify filter in Adobe Photoshop

I believe that requires Photoshop to be configured to use your GPU and may require OpenCl .
