Why don't I get a reply from an Adobe professional?

This is posted over a week ago. Still no answer.... I am very disappointed in Adobe, specially because it seems to be impossiable to contact an Adobe human.

You need to guide me further. If I click on https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703 I get this page. Then I click https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen and get a page as you seen in the screen shot. I still don't find a way to contact a person.

When you click the AutoOpen link, the Chat should auto-open. Type "agent".

If you go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, the chat link shows up in the bottom right. Click to open and Type "agent".

If you don't see it, you have something turned off that disables it, such as pop-ups or cookies or JavaScript. Try another browser or ask David_B (Adobe Staff) on the earlier link.

When you get in, type "agent" to get a human and not a bot.

In your title, you mentioned Adobe Professional. As mentioned below, By Dave, we are volunteers. The people who have the label Adobe Community Proffesional are all volunteers. The people who work for Adobe will have Adobe Employee by their name.

This is a user to user forum. ACPs are volunteers recognised by Adobe, but we are not employees, and we do not work for Adobe.

I have responded to you other thread.

Thank you for your reply to my other thread.

I still don't understand why Adobe does not help it's customers by themselves... (Or if they do, they make it really hard to find, because I could not find a way to get in touch with Adobe support).

Hi

To get in touch with Adobe support, contact Adobe Customer Care:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703

To report bug fixes or make feature requests, the product developers for Photoshop will see it here:

https://feedback.photoshop.com/

For questions about Photoshop, this forum with experienced users tends to be the best place to get an informed answer.
