Why don't I have the new remove tool on Photoshop's last version? Is it normal?

Hello! I am watching PixImperfect's last tutorial on Youtube. And it is kind of frustrating. I don't have the new remove tool he is talking about. I went in my Creative Cloud to see if I needed to update to the last version but it says it is up to date. Does someones already have the remove tool? Is it normal that we don't have it yet.

Oh. I have watched the video till the end and it says the remove tool is in its beta version. That's why! But how do we get to try it?

Thank you for posting this link. Hopefully Adobe will push this in an update soon. My current version is 24.3.
