Why has AdobeCleanUpUtilty and AdobeGCClient been installed on my macbook?

Hello. I recently installed adobe XD and Photoshop on my MacBook. A day later, AdobeCleanUpUtilty and AdobeGCClient was installed on my MacBook. Is it safe to delete them?

Hi,

 

When you install the Adobe Creative Cloud apps, the Creative Cloud desktop app also gets installed on the computer. There are some services associated with the Creative Cloud desktop app that run in the background & perform some important tasks.
