Why is Photoshop CS5 not holding my print preferences?

When I click on Print, Under Color handling, it reverts back to "Printer Manages Colors" EVERY TIME, so I have to change it to "Photoshop Manages Colors" and then select the correct printer profile.

This is tiring and time consuming...Any help appreciated !!!

Hi,

I haven’t used CS5 in a long time. It was released in 2010 and there have been many versions since. Is there a place for you to create a Print Preset and use that? Your screen shot is partial, so you may see it — if not, post a larger screen shot so we can better assist.

It may say “Default” as the preset until you create a new one. Using a Preset should save your settings.
