I just wasted an hour looking for this extremely commonly used tool. As a story artist this tool gets used constantly, so I know you guys didn't do something as foolish/combative as remove it from the program, or work it into a more complicated/longwinded feature. Where is it found in the 2024 version of photoshop, because it's nowhere to be found in filter>blur.

Check and see if Photoshop 2024 is running under Rosetta.

Go to

Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2024

right click on the

Adobe Photoshop 2024.app

then click

Get Info

and see if

Open using Rosetta

is checked

If so, uncheck it and see if the Filter>Blur>Radial Blur is back on the Filter menu.

Or did you recently get a new Silicon Mac and migrate the applications from an old Intel Mac?

This helped, thank you. The problem is, that originally had to have this checked so I could generate images from my files. Is there a fix for this in the future?

Hopefully there will be a future fix, but in the meantime if you need to run Photoshop under Rosetta, you could install Photoshop 2023, which seem to have those issues with Rosetta.
