Question

Why is this happening

Good day, please tell me why this error appears and what could be the reason? It does not generate images of delicious food. Before this, everything worked fine for a long time, but today this error began to appear. Please help me figure it out, thank you.

Hey, @frolov_1050. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in and found an active EDU subscription.

 

If an IT team manages the device, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/3STmkga


You can also try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on a different/alternate device & internet network to rule out that it is a network issue.

    @Sameer K Good day, I don't quite understand what exactly needs to be done. Maybe there is some kind of video instruction on how to check the white list. I am absolutely sure that I did not add any sites (domains) to the black list...
